Running Club

Welcome to ONE92 Running Club, where we believe we are better as one. Which is why we offer two inclusive sessions every week, designed for all abilities.

  • Saturdays at 9am are all about community and connection, with an easy-paced group run where you can build the foundation of your running.

  • On Sundays at 9am, we turn up the intensity with a speed work session designed to push your limits and improve endurance, featuring structured intervals and games.

Join us for a fun and supportive running routine that combines the best of both social and challenging workouts!

These winter morning sessions are timed with daylight in mind to keep it safe and comfortable for all levels. As summer approaches, our speed work shifts to Wednesday evenings, so you can still enjoy your weekend while staying on track with your goals. Both sessions are adaptable to meet the needs of every runner, so everyone feels supported and motivated.
