I’m so proud of what we’ve created here. The best part? The community. Friendly, encouraging, and welcoming, it’s what truly sets ONE92 apart. A close second is the outstanding quality across the board—from the service our team provides to our top-level trainers, our equipment, and the whole gym experience.

Steve Cole

    Personal training is so much more than a job to me. It’s my passion, it’s my obsession it’s my life!

    As a personal trainer with 25 years’ experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people becoming the best versions of themselves.

    Specialising in rehabilitation and transformations, I have won 5 national awards including the Great Britain personal trainer of the year award and was a guest writer for men’s fitness.

    My client base ranges from disabled and older clients to professional athletes and everything in between

    I have experience in training Olympic athletes, premiership footballers and preparing an international actress and stunt woman for her many roles so no matter what your goal, you’re in good hands.

    Anyone that knows me, knows I have 3 passions: training, studying and food!

    I’ve always trained all my life. From my time as a competitive boxer to weight training, I got in the gym at 15, loved it at never left.

    In my spare time I have an obsession for learning, constantly studying for new qualifications trying to level up my personal training and provide elite service.

    So whatever your goal, I’ll get you there with a friendly approach and award winning quality.

  • Dan Street

    Following my degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I have dedicated the past 20 years to helping clients become fitter, stronger, and free from pain. My goal as a trainer is not only to address current issues but to empower people to reach a version of themselves that feels resilient, strong and capable.

    By identifying poor movement patterns or postures we get to the root cause of pain. I then design individualized plans that blend targeted stretching with specific strengthening exercises to address imbalances, restore mobility, and build lasting strength. My approach goes beyond temporary relief; it’s about fostering true fitness and functional strength that clients can rely on in everyday life.

  • Laura Treasure

    Living with balance is my approach to fitness – it’s simple but effective, helping you become fitter, happier, and healthier. Finding balance can be challenging, but it’s the key to long-term success.

    With a degree in Sports Science and Management from Loughborough University and years of experience working with Celebrity Trainer Matt Roberts, I’ve developed a passion for Functional Training. I focus on exercises that are practical, suited to your body, and make fitness enjoyable. Whether it’s injury rehab, postural correction, or pre/post-natal programming, I’m here to help.

    My personal motto, ‘If you can take the next step, then take it,’ has guided me through big challenges like climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and 100km Ultra events. I bring that mindset to ONE92 Fitness to help you reach your goals, no matter how big or small.

    My journey into personal training comes from a passion for helping people find joy in fitness. This year, I made the decision to become a qualified trainer, and I have developed a strong passion for functional fitness and movement. For me, training is not just about building physical strength but also about enhancing mental well-being and enjoying the process at every stage.

    My fitness journey has led me to competitions such as Hyrox and Turf Games, and I am proud to be a medalist in Taekwondo events across the country. These experiences have shaped my high-energy, dynamic approach to fitness and fueled my love for creating workouts and programs that are both challenging and empowering.

    My goal is to stay ahead of fitness trends to provide the best possible guidance to my clients, helping them achieve their goals both mentally and physically. I truly believe everyone's potential is limitless, and I am excited to unlock that potential together!

    I absolutely love what I do—it’s more than just a job for me; it’s a lifestyle. From a young age, I’ve been passionate about training and physical activity, which led me to become a national gymnast. This experience instilled in me a deep understanding of body control and awareness, which has fuelled my ongoing drive to explore how the body functions at its best.

    In addition to my fitness journey, I’ve studied nutrition extensively and continue to deepen my knowledge, knowing how essential it is to fuel the body properly for optimal performance. I believe that proper nutrition and training go hand in hand, and I work with my clients to ensure they have a balanced approach to both.

    I specialise in mobility, recognising how crucial flexibility and movement are for overall health, injury prevention, peak performance and longevity.     Hi, I’m Callum! I’m a personal trainer who’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and enjoy the process of training. My own fitness journey started with a desire to get more out of my body, which led me to take on challenges like ultra-marathons and become a qualified running leader and personal trainer. Along the way, I developed an understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention—skills I now share with my clients to help them move better, stay injury-free, and perform at their best.

    Whether you’re looking to improve your running form, build better posture and mobility, or simply get into a routine you can actually stick with, I’m here to make it happen. My approach is all about finding what works for you and making training something you look forward to, even on the days when motivation is low.
